NOMINATIONS OPEN - ELECTIONS 10/28/2011 - please read carefully - nominations are currently available for Smith Rock BMX - you must have a membership at Smith Rock BMX (*or immediate family member effective as of 9/28/2011) to be eligible for the membership required positions. All nominations must be made no later than 10/25/11 - and no write-ins are accepted at time of election. Voting will occur on 10/28/2011 and to be eligible to vote - you must have a current Smith Rock Membership* Nominations are being accepted for the following:
Secretary (1 year position expiring fall 2012, then will be a 2 year position memberhsip required*); Co-Track Manager (1 year position expiring fall 2012, then will be a 2 year position, membership required*); Rider Representative (1 year position annually, personal membership required); two (2) board member positions (1 year position, annually, no membership required)

In order to remain consistent with our non-profit status, expand participation in the decision making, and to provide continuity in the ongoing operation of the facility - the operating board was expanded and terms adjusted to allow that the majority of the operating board will be open each year. Please message us, or come to track in person if you are interested or have questions. Remember, we always appreciate help and greatly appreciate everyones input as all board meetings are open and help always needed getting ready for races and on race nights.
